Fantastic beach, pool, nice staff, and nice suites.
Rock hard short beds, standard rooms are one star at best, extra charge for 3rd person.

Three of us traveling. We got a standard room with 2 beds for a good price. Too good. Small, uncomfortable, no amenities and really only good for an extra kids room if you are traveling with a big family. They charged us for the extra person saying that 3 people would be staying. The second night we switched to a suite. An extra $35 bucks a night, but worth it. It was a much nicer experience overall, but the beds are still rock hard. But the staff was nice. The location excellent. And the taco stand across the street is fantastic! read more

Beach was great, pool, small quiet relaxing hotel, and good location.
We paid too much, had bad smell of cigarette smoke in room and at night, noisy when new family checked in near our room with slamming doors, etc.

Great because hotel is small, about three stories, very relaxing, beautiful grounds very lovely, best beach on the bay side, calm bay side, no waves, perfect for those afraid of water, very safe every day to go in shallow bay water, no waves, safe and beautiful, original powder fine sand on beach, not replenished sand, (pre- Wilma sand, so soft.) Lovely beach, pool was nice, grounds super nice to relax and sit. read more

Located on the Hotel zone in Cancun's best beach area. Hotel was situated right on the beach. Has a better beach than adjacent, more expensive hotel
Absolutely nothing.

My wife and I were defenitely impressed with the hotel's staff, location and most importantly, the beach. This hotel has the nicest beach compared to the more expensive, adjacent hotels. Moreover, the hotel staff is in a very safe location that is constantly monitored by security personnel. In my opinion, it is the best hotel that I ever stayed in for the money and location. Hotel also offers a fridge, a small kitchen and comfortable beds. read more

The hotel was very clean, bed was comfortable and the beach was awesome.
The food was a little blend.

I like my stay in this hotel, I would definitely recommend it to friends and I will stay there again.
