Great family resort, kid friendly, great location, pool and beach access, excellent entertainment and wait staff.
Front desk staff not accomodating, hard beds.

Hotel was great for families with younger kids. Onsite water park with kids club and larger water slides was excellent. We were very satisfied with the hotel for the price we paid. Food was good, pool and beach was excellent. Entertainment and waiter staff was excellent. Rooms were average, beds uncomfortable as most Cancun hotel beds are. Only complaint is the front desk staff tried to downgrade our room (family suite) was not available. Front desk staff was not accommodating and didn't attempt to make us happy. Luckily, we called priceline who then called the hotel and got us a family suite (which we paid for). The room ended up being an upgrade so we were satisfied despite a couple hours of runaround from the hotel desk staff. The hotel is very nice for the star rating it is given and for the rate we got it for. read more
