Very friendly staff.
Our room smelled of cigarette smoke so bad that it made me gag. And this is a no smoking hotel!

Hotel room needs to be updated. Otherwise, all else was pretty good.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the resort was very clean.
There was no hot water for my entire trip and we had to take hot showers in the ladies locker room.

Aside from no hot water and the inconvenience of having to go to the ladies locker room to take a shower, it is an awesome place to stay. I was a little disappointed that some type of complimentary night or compenstation wasn't offered for the inconvenience.
