Friendly, comfortable, convient.
Slightly dated; room was small.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family/friends; particularly if the travel involved scuba diving (wonderful on-site scuba shop). The people were very friendly and honest and mostly spoke English; food was better at the hotel than most cafes we went to. Housekeeping was excellent, views perfect. Kid-friendly.

Drinks are a bit pricey.

The staff is very helpful and make it a point to become acquainted with your preferences throughout your stay. They are also eager you help you with your Spanish!

Oceanfront suites excellent, clean.
Larger than we usually like. Too many people at pool etc.

Attentive service, great location north of town, away from crowds of the south hotel zone but still within walking distance of town. Room quality varies. Oceanfront suite was great.
