The people at the front desk were extremely rude and ruined our stay.

Everything at the hotel was wonderful until they charged us $1000 when we left for a mistake that they made during check in. The staff was not helpful what so ever, they were disrespectful and manipulative. I would not reccomend this hotel to any one.
