STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY
BEDS ARE VERY HARD

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE HOTEL LOCATION, WITH HOTEL STAFF, SPECIALLY WITH A LADY NAME ANA I BELIEVE (SHE WAS AT THE FRONT DESK).. THE FOOD AT THE LA FONDA RESTAURANT WAS DELICIOUS (AND BREAKFAST IS FREE AND ITS VERY GOOD). I WAS VERY, VERY IMPRESSED WITH ENTIRE STAFF, FRONT DESK, RESTAURANT, HOUSEKEEPING.. Very friendly staff, clean rooms.
Rooms need some updating.

I have stayed here a few times, just because of the convenience of having everything close by. As always staff is very friendly, rooms are clean. With your stay you get free breakfast which is continental, but includes some traditional Mexican meals, there's plenty to choose from. Rooms need some upgrading though.

The AC in one room did not work but they gave us another room.

I had stayed there before and it was better.
It is near a very noisy street and the services are limited.

It is okay, for the price, but not much of a selection of food and limited services. The rooms are clean but the beds are very hard, the showers had low pressure.
