I liked the room, location, and overall service at this Holiday Inn.
No complaints whatsoever.

This has to be the very best Holiday Inn in Mexico. I have stayed at several Holiday Inns in Mexico and this one tops them all. The staff at the front desk, the concierge, and wait staff all went out of their way to make my husband and I feel welcome. The room was very well-appointed with a very comfortable king-size bed. We ate the buffet breakfast and it was so delicious. There was a wonderful array choice for breakfast. I love the Holiday Inn in Merida. read more

It was pleasant and convenient and clean. No Moldy smell which is so frequent in Merida.

Great location - next to very expensive hotels.

This great and inexpensive hotel with friendly staff is located next to a couple of very expensive hotels; then it maintains service and atmosphere. Employees are friendly and well trained. I will return soon.
