"If size matters to you", this "sprawling", "mall-like" property with a "freshly renovated" interior "delivers big", with "a dizzying array of amenities" that "makes its less than central location on The Strip worthwhile"; fans say the dining – "from coffee shop to ultra-high end" (Joël Robuchon "is without equal" and was voted No. 1 for Food in our Las Vegas Restaurants Survey) – impresses, "the gaming floor is out of this world" and the remodeled rooms are "modern", but given the "crowds", service can be "impersonal"; N.B. the all-suite Signature (with three towers) is the newest addition.

The view from our room was wonderful.
Our first room was not what we paid for changed rooms next day.

We were given a left-over room the first night. We complained the next day and were given a much better room - one that we did pay for. Service was terrific. A little to loud for me - but that's just my opinion. A little hard to navigate the hotel. Over-all-a very nice hotel.

Did not give room reserved, switched to different area.

Had two queen beds reserved at MGM Grand. Upgraded by hotel to room with one bed and pullout in Signature Towers. A separate hotel well away from MGM pool facilities.

They charge me for the food that was not eaten and it was also sent back.

The hotel customer service was up to speed, but when I ask if the charge had been taken off my bill, they said yes but never checked in the computer. And of course I was charged for something that I shouldn't have.

The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable.

The MGM is a beautiful and clean hotel. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The lazy river pool area ended up being a big hit with our family.

The place was HUGE. It took a very long time to get to anything or go anywhere in the hotel.

The MGM was beautiful and well maintained.

Good entertainment and location.
No activities for minors, restaurants were all booked up.

Too expensive for a Room in the Back side of the hotel. Staff service is slow. only casino is everywhere, and nothing available for teenagers!
