The hot tubs were hot.
Everywhere smelled like smoke, staff was not focused on customer service at all.

Horrible. Will never stay there again, and we will never recommend it to anyone.

No ramps for heavy rolling baggage - had to lug up steps into hotel.

Economy hotel at typically high Alaskan price.

The location and shuttle service.
It was very dirty. If we had read the reviews first we would
not have stayed there.

I would not recommend this hotel because it is not clean at all. The common areas were much better (first impressions!) than the actual rooms giving one the idea that the hotel rooms would be clean, not the case. There were used stoves, mattresses and doors standing against the wall in one of the hallways! The second hotel we stayed in was a vast improvement for $5 price difference. read more

Good location. Close to airport. Shuttle service was very good. Motel is somewhat rundown but more that adequate for our short stay.
