Off the main drag. Within walking distance of shops
and food.
General quality of the facility.

Close to sights and sounds of downtown Gatlinburg. I would not recommend if your traveling party is greater than two. Very tight quarters.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was in walking distance to everything!
The room was small and sheets/towels had make-up stains both days.

The hotel itself was decent. From pictures and everything, I assumed the rooms would be larger, but they were pretty jam-packed. We didn't try the continental breakfast.

Parking spaces are crowded.

Very nice place to stay.The at the front, Cindy was most helpful in every way. She could not have been any nicer!

The staff was very friendly.
Small, and needed updates.

Overall, the trip was great. The hotel was acceptable for the price, but parking was limited. We should have been told about the construction ahead of time. We had to find a roofer three times to unblock our car. There were roofing nails and supplies all over the ground. My car was covered in dust etc. every day from the roof construction.

This Hotel was close to the main strip in Gatlinburg Tenn.
Bathrooms to be needed upgraded.

This hotel was clean and nice. It is a good place to stay if you are just looking for a place to sleep and get a shower.
