The staff was always friendly and courteous. The room was way above my expectations.
There was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel.
This was a great hotel. I was totally impressed. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was big for that size of room. The staff were phenomenal. The breakfast was good for a family with little kids. The swimming pool was a big hit.

I liked the idea of this hotel. Budget friendly but affordable. Attractive yet focusing on the practical essentials.
Side door (next to room) open all night, kept us up. Partying all night not addressed by staff. Pillowcase with make-up on it. Bathroom was dirty.
This could have been an excellent value. The rooms were attractive, with the white cotton duvet bedding usually only found at nicer hotels. The mattresses were comfortable. But this particular hotel was not clean. The bathroom had been barely touched up, and there was makeup on one of the pillows. There are mirrors behind the beds that still had smudges where the previous guests had rested their heads. Our room was right next to an exterior door. Many hotels lock these after 11:00 p.m. or so. But this one was accessible all night. So we had late night arrivals coming and going all night long letting the door slam constantly. Unfortunately we got there on prom night and there was partying right above us from 2 am till we left at 5 am. We called the front desk just to make them aware of it and the partying just got louder. We finally gave up (we weren't sleeping anyway) and checked out at 5 am and got back on the road way ahead of schedule. Could have been a nice economical choice, but for us it was horrible. read more

Ants crawling on the computer desks in the main lobby, three different times we used them.
The bed in our room was very poor quality. The room was clean overall but we did see ants in the room and the lobby. I have stayed at this hotel when it was newer and in my opinion it has gone down hill tremendously. Also the first night at 11:30 pm I went to bed without checking my email because there were about 6-7 children on the 2 computers in the business center. The next morning I had to ask the clerk to use one of them for a few minutes because they were still on both computers. read more

The room was not very spacious.
It was not too bad if you are looking for something just to sleep in. It is hard to stay there with small children.

The beds were wonderful. Very comfortable
The continental breakfast was not real great. Not enough variety. No coffee pots in the room.
We were pleasantly surprised to have such a quality motel at such the
price. Very clean and comfortable. It is a new motel and although they don't have coffee pots in the rooms now, they told me that is something they are working on having. They did keep coffee pots in the lobby 24 hours. Staff very friendly and helpful.
