loud heater.

First night didn't get any sleep due to uncomfortable bed and loud heater. The second night i asked to change rooms to try out a different bed. Second room bed was much better and the heater was quiet.

Could have more towels and coffee in the room.

Small but clean and nice for in and out stay. The bed was comfortable and the water was soft. The breakfast was alright nothing special but enough to get you going in the morning.

Very clean, comfortable bed, and quiet.

First time staying at a microtel, and I enjoyed the stay. I've paid a lot more money to stay in hotels that are not as nice. I will look for a microtel for now on.

Smallest room I have ever had, no coffee in the room, not a two star hotel.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have been traveling on the road for 30+ and would prefer to stay at a 1 star hotel than this place.

Furnace leaked on floor.

We stayed 3 days and really enjoyed the room. It was difficult to control temp and the furnace leaked on floor getting suitcase wet.

Rooms are a little small.

Microtel is a budget hotel with small but comfortable rooms and appropriate amenities. Its location is reasonably close to the MSP airport, but other facilities and shopping are not close to the hotel.
