Airport was close but not noisy, tidy, well-run, friendly helpful staff and good value overall.
Complimentary breakfast is limited to cold cereal, bagels and packaged muffins.

Value, size of room, location, unlimited free calls, internet.
The shuttle driver was absolutely horrible!
The front desk staffs were courteous. I had to catch a train at the nearby train station and asked the hotel manager the night before if the shuttle would take me there. He answered of course, please be at the lobby ten minutes early for the) 6:30 departure. I was there, saw the shuttle driver and told him I was ready to go to the train station. He said I would have to wait, as there were still people checking out. I wasted till 06:40 when they were finally ready to go. The driver then informed me he was not taking me to the train station. I told him the manager said they would do so. I drive the shuttle, not the manager. I decide what I will and won't do! With that, I tried to get a taxi. No luck then ran to try to make the station. Missed my train, missed the connection, and had to rent a car. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had from hotel staff in my 40 years of business and leisure travel! read more

The location was great for my stay.
There is not enough words for this hotel.
Not enough channels on the television. The channels that did come in were poor quality. I booked the suite and this made it about the same size of an average hotel room. The TV as set between the two rooms and the room was divided by a bar.
