Lots of good parking.
Needed bigger towels in bathroom.

The room was clean, staff was helpful with directions we needed. We decided to stay one more night and had no problem with that. Muffins were good in the morning brunch.

The room was nice and the bed comfortable.
There was a bit of remnant smoke in the air.

The hotel was convenient for my trip and the room was nicer than I had anticipated. The only negative I would say was that I felt there was a bit of remnant smoke or something in the air. I would stay there again.

I liked the location. It was right off a main highway.
Room was much smaller than I expected.

I stayed at another Microtel in CT. Bigger rooms, better continental breakfast. Eating area did not have enough tables and chairs. The staff at the PA one was nice.

The price was right and the hotel and room were well kept.
Not one thing.

The hotel is located on a main highway. The grounds and parking area were well lit. The lobby was homey and the desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless and the air conditioner worked beautifully. I was very happy with my two night stay.

Even at nearly midnight, the receptionist was friendly and helpful to me and drop-ins.
The mattress was obviously well used and was ready to be replaced.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms adequately furnished. However my bed would have been better with a newer mattress and there was no counter in the bathroom on which to place personal toiletries

The handicapped bathtub was excellent.
There was no lounge chair in the room to sit and read.

Good facility. Need to stock bottles of water for sale. Helpful staff - nice breakfast - good lobby. Did not like shampoo - it was difficult to open. Towels were plentiful. N;y two handicapped parking spaces near entrance - please add some additional ones.

This hotel was very clean and close to West Chester University. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is close to West Chester University where we had an orientation the next day. The staff was helpful with directions. The room was clean and roomy. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. The hotel was very family friendly with the continental breakfast in the morning.

convenient.
No coffee in the room.

It was very nice. Perfect for my business trip. My only complaint is that I did not check in until 3:30 AM and was not able to extend my check out past noon.

Hotel staff responded appropriately upon request.
Towels and wash cloths did not appear to be as clean as before.

The service at the hotel was generally very good, and clean but the linen was soiled looking even when supposedly clean. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful, responding immediately to each request for service.

Arranged a room close to elevator as requested.
Last day we returned early and room not made up, but they wanted to come in but we declined, not needed.

We have happily stayed here three times and have been berry satisfied each time. Rooms large and clean, staff friendly and helpful.
