The staff/owner was the worst I have ever experienced.

They made our stay in Salisbury the worst yet. Horrible staff with the exception of the big night manager. Rest were just like the owner horrible. I will never stay there again!

Convenient to the civic center, restaurants and main road.
The entrance was a little hard to find.

I found the hotel to be clean. I like the fridge and microwave in the room. The window seat was a nice touch.

Price, location and the great bed!
Rooms are small.

If you are looking for a clean place to stay at a great price in a safe area, this is the Inn for you. However, be warned, the rooms are smaller than dorm rooms. That being said, they are very well planned out and very clean. The property was very well maintained and the desk staff was friendly. The breakfast is as good as The H Inns and HI Express properties. My only complaint is that the TV sits on top of a clothes closet about 6 foot off the floor and the mirror wall takes a little getting used to. read more

Small but efficiently arranged rooms, very clean and friendly staff.

The room although small was very clean and the bed was better than high priced hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

When I first arrived, they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which was not accessible due to the fact that the elevator was not working. I said, 3 times to the clerk that there was an elevator van outside and maybe that it is being worked upon. The room was next to the outside entrance and across from the stairwell door. There was no room for the chair to be placed and one could not see it from the other bed. At least the water was hot and consistently so.

A good location, near other attractions and stores.
Found hairs on bed and in tub.

The hotel had a friendly atmosphere. We felt safe enjoyed ourselves.

I liked the free breakfast and lobby areas.
Some things didn't work, tub and sink didn't drain properly.

I had to upgrade to a different room before my arrival. It was simple check in and out. The only issue was that the tub got stopped up when I would take a shower. I would definitely stay there again.
