Absolutely nothing.
Everything.

Did not have room with two double beds that we requested and would not accommodate us. Therefore, four people were expected to sleep in one double bed. Not acceptable.

It needs to be a 1 star as there were no extras in the room, i.e. coffee maker and fridge. The reception staff was barely friendly.
