The staff was courteous.
Stains on the furniture, stains and burn marks on the bed sheets, disgusting room odor. Heavy traveler and this was by far the worst hotel ever.
By far the worst and most unclean hotel I have ever stayed in. Were it not for the fact that it was late, we were tired, and the hotel had been prepaid we would have left. We considered sleeping in the car instead of staying in the hotel.

The person who checked us in was friendly and helpful.
The room was not very clean and the dead bolt on the door did not work.
The hotel was fair, but our room was not very clean (especially the bathroom). I was a little concerned that the dead bolt did not work, but since it was an interior room I did not ask for another room.

It was very clean and neat. I liked that it had interior rooms. My 14 year old daughter liked the internet access.
The room was tiny and the bathroom was small with virtually no countertop space. The breakfast eating area was in the laundry room and
very
cramped.
I was very pleased with the overall experience for the money spent. It was clean and the staff was very helpful with directions around town. I would not recocomend this place if you need space to be comfortable.

Nothing.
Dirty, stinky, disgusting.
This was the most uncomfortable place to stay. I felt anxious having my children with me. Someone let a dog run up and down the hallway at 2 in the morning. The place smelled like cigarette smoke. Dirty, no top blanket, just sheets, no room, exposed plumbing.

Common areas were small.
A short drive from downtown Athens, the hotel is very modest and clean. It lacked an elevator and pool or it would have been even more awesome. The only drawback for business and family travelers is the small area in which there is to enjoy the complimentary breakfast.

Cheap, clean.
Very basic accommodations.
The hotel was clean but the accommodations were very basic. Nothing fancy. Breakfast area was shared with laundry.
