They provided us with a handicaped room for my sister
The room could of been more cleaner

The overall experience was okay. There were strands of hair that were in the bathroom, but i always carry a can of Lysol where ever i go. The hot tub was only warm if you just got out the pool, and the pool room was hot and stuff. The Customer Service was excellent, so that made up for the imperfections.

The hotel lobby was very warm and no air on. The check in clerk was very helpful for dinner plans. Beds were great and room was clean but small.
