They provided us with a handicaped room for my sister
The room could of been more cleaner

The overall experience was okay. There were strands of hair that were in the bathroom, but i always carry a can of Lysol where ever i go. The hot tub was only warm if you just got out the pool, and the pool room was hot and stuff. The Customer Service was excellent, so that made up for the imperfections.

Beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast area was dirty.

The hotel lobby was very warm and no air on. The check in clerk was very helpful for dinner plans. Beds were great and room was clean but small.

Small rooms.

Great price with indoor pool, clean rooms and shower, breakfast, etc. Highly recommend the facility.

Very comfortable beds, was clean and exactly as promised.
They ran out of portable cribs for before we got there. Baby slept on floor.

The room was very clean and nice.
The indoor pool was too cold. The hot tub spa was room temp.

While the indoor pool and spa look very inviting, they were unheated and much to cold to use. The continental breakfast was small muffins and containers of apple sauce. No cereal. No milk. Very disappointing. The housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful. The front desk clerk acted as if we were interrupting his reading.
