Microtel Inn Dallas/Arlington

Staff was friendly, though I had to replace a bulb in my bathroom myself after waiting over 24 hours for someone to do it. Bed was comfortable, room was big, but mirrors along the whole back wall of the room was tacky.

Well run, friendly & helpful staff. Spouse had gotten ill prior night before checkout and they allowed us to check out 1 1/2 hours. Later because she had been up all night.

The walls seemed very thin as we could not sleep with the various noises from around the hotel kept us from sleeping well. Bed was not very comfortable and the AC was very loud.

The hotel was nice I think the rooms need more insulation you can hear people in the next room talking.

Strange odor in upstairs hall. Most of the staff was friendly. However, one of the door locks didn't work properly and they never offered to give us another room, just said Oh, it will be okay, I don't think you need it. The bath tub needed a good cleaning. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

There were not enough rooms, the breakfast was late, and the internet did not work.

No elevator, we were on 2nd floor (3 of us) and only 1 bed. When I asked to change to 2 beds on 1st floor she was rude.

Room was only big enough for the bed. Walls were thin and noisy.

Prices were reasonable.

Very easy to find, and convenient to I-20. We arrived after midnight and the gentleman clerk went out of his way to look up information on mapquest for me.
