Staff was very polite and friendly.
The rooms were very small for 2 queen beds.

The lobby and hallways smelled horrible. Carpets are disgusting in the hallways. The room was a little cleaner just real small for 2 queen beds and 4 people.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. I have lived in Franklin and this was a nice experience.
I didn't like that I would have to get the desk to check out an ironing board and iron.

We stayed for two nights and since I have lived in Franklin we had friends and family to see. It is conveniently located to highland's road and the waterfalls. We honestly did not do much more than sleep and shower in the hotel but I discovered coffee in the lobby and breakfast items. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. Everyone should make at least one trip to the river blaze bakery (look in the local phonebook for address white pages on line has the wrong Name). This place was something not to miss. We loved it! The price of the hotel was great as well. read more
