The staff was extra friendly and the continental breakfast was great.

Rooms were very clean but beware when booking queen size rooms; make sure you specify suite or you will end up staying a room the size of a matchbox. The hotel itself has excellent location to eateries and the mall.

It was dirty. Walls, floors, bathroom, linens, everything was dirty.

This hotel needs a scrub down from floor to ceiling. The sheets were old and stained, the floors a mess, the lobby windows leaked during a small storm, the overall feeling was that this place has been neglected for years.
