It was farily clean.
One smoke free room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Average. Nothing exceptional. The continental breakfast was pathetic.

It had a really good location.
Room was very small.

The hotel is okay, but the rooms are really small and spartan. If you are just looking for a place to sleep then it would work. I would not recommend it if you are staying for an additional night.

Comfortable bed, window ledge seat, washer/dryer.
More hanging space for clothes.

Very comfortable room, and pleasant staff. Close to restaurants, shopping and expressway. Pretty good value.
