The Microtel Inn hotel is ideally located off I90 exit 5 and just minutes from area attractions including the Valley View Mall, the Omni Center, Mount La Crosse, the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and Viterbo University. Good value for the price we paid.
The clerk that checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. However, the other front desk (daytime) worker was extremely rude and disinterested.

Was great for the price we paid. If you are traveling with small kids, I wouldn't recommend it.

Easy access, once I took the correct exit, and new.

Being a non-smoker, I appreciate a clean, attractive room that is safe, secure and get a good rest. This hotel met that expectation.

Called the front desk to report we had no hot water - they did not respond back and problem was not fixed.

Cute, small room, great for those who just need a place to sleep.
The free breakfast did not include fruit.

The tiny room reminded me of a cruise ship. It is very small but cute and well appointed with everything you would need except a coffee maker and iron. If all you want is a place to sleep this great.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Left note for housekeeper to change light bulb which was done immediately.

We were so impressed with this Microtel that we began searching for Microtels for the rest of our trip.
