Microtel Inn Mt Pleasant East Pickard

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The beds were very comfortable. Since we stayed only two nights, the space was roomy enough. The breakfast that was included was decent and again the staff was great as each morning they asked us if we were done with breakfast prior to taking down, since we came down late. I thought this was very nice.

When we got their they didn't have any non smoking rooms left and put us in a handy cap room the next day we left for the day and came back to our luggage at the desk. I believe it was the hotels fault.

It was too small, you barely had room to walk around the bed.

Affordable for the price accepted. The rooms were clean, located near many restaurants. Great for casual overnight.

The staff were friendly and helpful providing extra linen and an iron, which was delivered quickly. As stated we purchased Freebreeze to clear the odors. The location was not too far from my grandsons college, which made planning easier. The staff also assisted in getting me additional lodging since he joined us while there. I wished the rooms could have a fridge and microwave.

Great place to stay. Very convenient.

The staff was very friendly. The room was small, quite like a large cabin on cruise ship. But it was fine for a quick over night stay. The bed was OK and the room took advantage of the little amount of space and it was very clean.
