the staff was most helpful and the rooms were clean. it is a newer hotel.
neighbors were loud in the hallways. no bars in shower area to help get in and out.

Enjoyed the hotel but not the location. Near to 3 casinos, which is great, but overall convenience (grocery store, restaurant) was difficult to find. Suggest snacks or restaurant availability and bars in bathroom for easier access in shower. Very clean. Very comfortable beds.

For the price that
I paid for my stay was beyond what I expected. First impression is the last impression and walking into the lobby was very impressive. Very clean and serene, pretty decor and the desk clerk was very pleasant and accomodating as if I knew them already. My room was well kept and my bed was turned down for me when I returned from a night out. That's as good as some 5 star hotels. I will definitely stay there again. read more

The staff was friendly.
It reeked of cigarette smoke everywhere and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

I wasn't expecting anything but cleanliness and comfort, no frills. However, the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke on all floors. The nonsmoking and smoking rooms are mixed on the same floor, side by side or across the hall. The hotel must have poor ventilation because the smell of cigarette smoke was evident everywhere. Also, the beds were hard as a rock. The continental breakfast was in a very tiny room which was overcrowded. Food ran out very quickly and there really wasn't all that much to choose from. The only plus was that the staff was friendly and when I complained, they did want to help out. read more
