Construction noise.

The location was excellent. Very handy to several subways. The staff was friendly and helpful. The construction noise from the site across the street could be a problem, but I had a high floor.

I liked the location, it was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and hotel had a nice atmosphere.
You could hear the construction at ground zero which started early in the morning and went until past midnight.

This hotel is great for business or pleasure if you have meeting in downtown or Brooklyn. Very close to subways, transportation not an issue. Rooms were clean and very nice, staff was friendly.

Met my expectations. Got an upgrade to a better room.
Room was somewhat small. Noise outside from construction.

Overall very good. Would stay there again. Friendly staff. But only one restaurant. Construction noise outside during the day can be an issue. Friendly staff. Good location for lower Manhattan venues. Very good value for what I paid.
