The pool area was unique.
Bathroom was old and unclean.

The hotel was in an ideal location for flying out of Buffalo. I wouldn't stay there for any other reason. The bathroom was in need of a good cleaning and an upgrade even though I requested a recently renovated room. I stayed here to catch an early flight but wouldn't stay here again.

I liked the cost, and the desk staff was friendly.
Older, and not as clean as we would have liked.

This hotel (at least the halls, elevator, and room we were in) seems as if it's seen better days. Carpets, appointments, room furnishings, bathroom, all are a bit run down at the heel. That being said, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Location, courtesy, and was prompt to the airport.

The hotel was clean informative, and helped us a lot because it was our first time flying out of buffalo to Orlando. I booked everything through Priceline and it was my fist time doing that and it worked out great! My wife had her doubts, but not any more.

Very bad front desk staff.
Hostile, and an unfriendly front staff.

Worst staff ever in front desk. Trying to offer unlivable room to customer. Rooms are too old to sleep.

The lobby and pool area were nice.
Rooms are old, outdated, unkempt, and borderline nasty.

While the lobby and public areas give the impression of a nice hotel, the rooms were atrocious. The first room they gave us had mold on the door, scuzz on the bathroom floor, a warped door that led to the outdoors, outdated furnishings and decor, and a dirty carpet. Quite honestly, this room was a 1.

Very much needs an upgrade. I would not return to this hotel.
