Convenient location to all of my appointments.
Gave me a handicap room. Didn't like the shower.
Very nice for a reasonably priced Manhattan hotel.

The rooms were very quiet.
The heating/cooling system did not work.
Close to the excitement of Time Square, easy access to the subway, large room quiet rooms for a good night sleep.

I
was upgraded to a spacious room in the Premier Tower. It was GRAND!
There was nothing I did not like.
I stayed a whole week at this hotel. They upgraded me to The Premier Tower. Everything about this room was Top Notch. The bathroom was spacious, there was a shower and a tub, it was well lit with plenty of mirrors. The sitting area was lovely. I slept wonderfully each night on the bed. I liked the amenities and quality of the towels and sheets. My lobby was quiet, clean and spacious. I considered the whole trip terrific on every level. read more

After I had called the hotel to get a non smoking room, due to my husband’s allergies and they said no problem. When we arrived at midnight, the front desk said it doesn't matter. We went to the room to verify how bad it was and it was extremely smoky, next to the elevator, stains all over the carpet, etc. We went on a walk to try and find another hotel or we would have to sleep in the lobby. No hotel with a vacancy could be found. At this point, I was crying and this was our 24th Wedding Anniversary. They finally gave us another room. read more
