The staff was very helpful.
The hotel is very old and in need of cosmetic work especially to the rooms.
The lobby was very pretty and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were very old and in need of a lot of updating and cosmetic work. Pretty clean and the beds were comfortable.

Bed were awesome. Lobby was beautiful.
Pool area was old and run down. Hot tub was very old. The hallways were old and need to be refurbished.
Hotel was nice. Rooms lacked in furnishings, but were it lacked it made up for in the comfort of the beds. My stay in Durham was very nice. This hotel is worth the money I spent.

The main thing I enjoyed was the pool & the fact that it wasn't crowded
It's not up to par as far as the star rating

Good bar / good service.
Old rooms / drab exterior / older furnishings / tight hallways.
This hotel is ok, but not the 3 1/2*. It had a nice enough bar area but the rooms were old and the furnishings very dated. The exterior is very drab and it's obviously an older motel with a a quick make over. No flat screen, no in room wireless, etc so, otherwise it is fine for one night. SJ.

Friendly staff.
Poor location, obviously an old motel.
Definitely not what I would call a 3.5 star hotel.

Proximity to Duke Medical Clinics.
Dated decor, lack of cleanliness, nothing gracious about it. Hotel lacked ambiance and no outside space to relax.
The best thing about the Millennium is the location in close proximity to the Duke Medical Clinics.

Location.
Old, tired furnishing. Sticky dirty carpet. Poor tub drainage.
I was very disappointed. It was just in sad, old, tired shape. It was supposed to be 3.5 or 4 star. Elevator broken for first 24-hours. Poor parking. Hate it when bath tub drainage gets stopped up. Hate dirty sticky carpets and you feel you have to be with your shoes. Furniture was ancient and was marked up. Front desk staff was rude and not attentive.
