No microwave, no fridge, thin walls, very very noisy beds.

We had to check out early 6:30am due to the need to go home to get some sleep. The beds made so much noise every time you rolled over or moved you could hear the wooden frame make cracking noises. There were only 2 of us (1 per bed) not over weight and we kept waking the other person up when we moved.

clean.
Our parking ramp was full. Had to find a new one.

Enjoyed my stay. The sleeping conditions were great. Comfy bed and blankets.

As above, plus holes that were not repaired, Extra charge for parking.

It was not a 3.5 star hotel, it was more like a one star. Very unsatisfied.

Excellent location. Great bed.
Parking rates were spendy.

Overall, I had a good experience with the hotel. I was there for only a short period, so I cannot comment on the pool, fitness center, dining room, etc.

Enormous bed with nice duvet.
Awful under lighting on sink in bathroom.

Plainly intended for conference goers, the hotel has a modern lobby and links up to the superior Minneapolis Skyway. Its rooms attempt modern touches, but could use a little more updating. Still, a solid 3 star experience.

House keeping/maintenance people are very helpful.
Room is in dire need of updating . Furniture worn. Bathroom sink had cracks.

The time it took to check in.

Overall it's a nice hotel. The rooms are not at the level of a 3.5 star hotel.
