Downtown location was convenient for my travel purposes.
It was obviously an older hotel which could use a big update from top to bottom.

The staff was efficient and friendly. The room and facilities were acceptable.

Somewhat convenient location and quiet.
Room was hot and pool was cold.

It was difficult to adjust the temperature in the room. My children were blue and shivering after using the pool from the cold water. I was surprised at how muffled the outside noise was. Quiet for being in the middle of the city. For safety I would think that windows on the 10th floor should not open.

The lobby was very attractive.
More for traveling business people, not kids. It was also very hard to find.

As a family traveling for medical purposes, this hotel was not really a fit for us. If I would've been alone with my husband on a leisure trip - it would've worked out fine.

Great location!
Jackhammer at 8 am, doorknobs came off in my hand, sink didn't work.

The hotel would have been fine if it hadn't been for the early morning construction - so loud that we couldn't talk to each other in the room. It would have been nice to know going in. The rooms were very small for two double beds. They also had some maintenance issues. The location, however, couldn't beat.

The staff in the restaurant and the check in people were great.
Room service was too expensive for what you received.

Very nice hotel in a great location to just walk and take it all in. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The lobby is the only nice part of the hotel.
The rooms looked worse than a super 8 or Econolodge. Only you don't get a continental breakfast at the millennium.

Hated it! Was not impressed at all with the rooms. Did not get my money's worth.
