This hotel was perfect for us. Within easy walk of restaurants, trolley, and subway.

It was located in a convienent place in Boston to walk everywhere and also very close to the T. Most of the staff was helpful with directions.
The bathroom was very small, not enough room to move around and the stairwell was also narrow, making it hard to carry luggage up.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Milner Hotel in Boston. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with was continuously stocked during breakfast hours with help from a friendly staff member. Most of the front desk staff was very helpful with restaurant reccommendations and directions. The location was fabulous allowing us to walk anywhere or take the T. Also, we left our car parked in the parking deck the whole weekend allowing us to receive a discount on parking from the hotel. The room was spacious except for the bathroom and the bed was confortable. I would definately stay at the Milner Hotel when I return to Boston. read more

Reasonably comfortable bed. Make your own waffles included.
Doggy down-trodden room. very small, ugly decor, unfriendly obnoxious clerk.

Stay here only if you can not afford anything else. We were given a lousy small room just a few doors from the main check-in desk. It was on a busy street at street level. I strongly do not recommends this hotel. A cruddy place.
