Location.
Total price should have been closer to 75-80, instead of 100.

This was a business trip. This hotel is set up to handle business travelers very well and it was very handy also to our appointments. I would highly recommend it.

Resort style hotel.
Parking was expensive and there was no gym.
Unique atmosphere in Little Tokyo, surrounded by many restaurants. Very nice and cozy. Many amenities, except it lacked a gym. Parking was expensive.

Little tokyo in LA is a very safe place to stay.
Parking is a huge
problem. The hotel's parking is even more expensive than public parking.
If you don't drive, it is not a bad choice to stay--clean, middle space room & close to little Tokyo. However, usually everyone needs a car to travel LA, parking becomes a big problem. This hotel knows that, so there parking fee per day is $17, very expensive. If this hotel has free or reasonable parking fee, like 7 to 9 USD per day.

The apartment like room--- with a full kitchen, built in closet, desk, and affordable internet access---was a pleasant surprise.
The location, it's way further out than I'd like to be.

Good location, free wifi, clean and roomy.
Expensive and inconvenient parking, no breakfast included.
Pretty convenient location because it is near I-10. Clean hotel and large enough rooms.

In Little Tokyo; convenient location.
The washlet was not working properly.
We like this hotel ok. This time, the washlet was not working properly. We called the engineer, but he could not fix the problem. Need to pay to get into the spa. The continent breakfast was nothing special.

Bidets.
Slightly run down. Needs repairs/paint etc.
Common areas great. Rooms are ok. Didn't get a chance to experience the spa services.
