Very friendly staff. Centrally located.
Nothing bad. The front line staff was very good.

I would return again. The hotel is on a main transit route and everyone was very helpful.

It was a decent property, nothing extravagant but nice, clean and very well located. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was kind of funky.
No Swimming pool

The hotel is walking distance from the train, well located near potsdamer platz. I was there on a Saturday and Sunday night. The reception made reservations for me at different clubs on Saturday night. The staff was very nice and prompt.

The staff bent over backward to be helpful, they were really fantastic. They're gummy treats were amazing too. The room was quite funky and nice.

What's not to like? This is the second time I've stayed at a Movenpick and their Swiss Hospitality is second to none. You will never regret staying here.

High ceiling and friendly staff.
Parking facility.

Decent location, though neighborhood is not quite attractive. The interiors of the hotel look quite nice. Staff was very friendly.

Nice modern rooms with great bathrooms.
We were on the 1st floor above the dinning room very noisy.

The hotel is well situated to site see downtown Berlin and the Berlin wall/Check point Charlie. The front guest staff was nice and very helpful and spoke good English. The bar area was upscale and again everyone was very nice and helpful. The food in the hotel was great and I would recommend Movenpick hotels to travelers.

Nothing, good experience.

The hotel was centrally located with nice sized rooms, very European in design, bathroom was really very modern. Hotel staff was very helpful and service was outstanding.

The staff was really good.
There's no swimming pool.

The location was fairly convenient, with a deli and pizza shop just a few doors down and net cafes and a supermarket a little further away. (This was useful, as the hotel charges 10 times as much for net access as the net cafes.) The rooms are good, though the airconditioning is set up stupidly, such that it refuses to work if the outside temperature is below 18oC, even if the inside temperature is much higher.
