The pool.
Housekeeping must have forgotten to come in one day. I didn't like to have to ask for towels and shampoo.
This place is great. It is clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff were so warm and friendly. The bed and pull out sofa were both comfortable. Lots of places to set things. There was even washer/dryer combo! (it probably would have been better in the bathroom) The pool was so warm and clear. There was lots of room. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 12 day trip. We had 4 nights and could have easily stayed on. Keep up the great work Mona Lisa! read more

The newness and freshness of the room.
The surprise extra charge on checkout.
I bid and it was accepted with the price and taxes shown on the Priceline site. At checkout I was told there was another $24 for resort charges. A credit card was used to guarantee incidental charges (phone calls, room service, parking, resort fees, energy charges, etc.) that you may incur while staying at the hotel. I incurred none. Resort charges should be for occurrence, like golf, horseback riding, massages, exercise equipment, or even internet use. I used none of those items. Taking my money without advance notice that I will incur charges just by checking in is dishonest. read more

Spacious rooms and bath rooms.
No clock in bedroom, no shower cap provided, poor lighting in bath rooms, sheets were stiff and uncomfortable.
Hotel had absolutely no sign age, sighted or otherwise, was located 2 blocks off the main street and no sign to identify its location. It was practically impossible to find and when I mentioned it to the staff, they said they hear that a lot!

Not in the typical crowded Orlando area. Quiet. Laid-back.
No on-property workout facility.
Spacious suite-style rooms with kitchenettes, flat hi-def TVs, nice beds w/duvets. Located in a residential section of Orlando away from the tourist areas but just across the interstate from the Disney property entrance.

it was quiet
the staff, housekeeping, room cleanliness was poor overall poor quality hotel
For a hotel "suite" the room sure was dusty and the sheet unclean. I've stayed at less costly hotels that were nuch cleaner with better service and staff.

This hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful recommending places to go and giving directions.
The washer and dryer combination doesn't work that well.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to friends and family. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Staff friendly.
No bellman, had to pay extra for cleaning maid service.
Furniture uncomfortable and unattractive. Room decor not appealing.
