Our experience with this hotel was very suited to our needs!

This hotel is very good for travelers & I will recommend it to others when they need to stay at Tahoe. Everyone was very friendly & professional in helping us with our needs. The price was also a good advantage for the weekend & season. it is also in a very good location for getting to other businesses.

The pool area and fitness facility/spa were nice.
The check in counter gentlemen wasn't polite.

Nice lobby and casino area. The rooms and hallways still resembled a Ceaser's palace built in the 70's. Beds were nice and so was the pool and spa area.

The hot tub in the room was nice.
Asked for a room with a view, was offered a forest view which was really the parking lot.

The room was very clean and the hot tub in the room was nice and so were the linens. The hotel is very dated though, and the AC didn't work. The doors and walls were so thin that I heard the neighbor's wake up call, TV and shower at 5:30 am and then later I was woken up three times by a vacuum cleaner that sounded like it was next to my bed. The AC didn't work and they charge money for wireless internet. read more

The jetted tub was nice but it should have been in the bathroom.
Too expensive for what you get. No continental breakfast.

Over priced for the amenities. I saw a sign for $1 drinks Thursdays at the Opal, which both the sign and bar was in the hotel, but the club wasn't opened. One of the many disappointments.

It had really good soap.
No bells and whistles tub was broken.

We got married on sat 26th, this was our wedding nite, very unhappy. Broken tiles in the bathroom and broken tub. No coffee maker view of parking garage. seperate beds
TV was so old remote was broken........people two doors down smoked pot the entire time we stayed, could smell everywhere very uncomfortable. Nothing was done about it

I liked the location, many restaurants nearby, and the staff was great.
The bed linens were not the quality I remember from my last stay.

The rooms are nice but could use a little up date. The towels could be a little thicker and not white, and the sheets a little softer. The air conditioner did not keep the room cool enough. There was a light bulb out next to the bed so it was hard to read.
