Definitely not a 4-star hotel. 3.5 or 3, not 4.

Good hotel. In-room coffee was old. Bar was expensive. Rooms were nice.

Excellent service, friendly helpful staff, beautiful at a fair price.
No valet parking, no directory of services in the room.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel because of it's location (near the Winchester Mystery House). The staff was friendly and helpful, even selling us discount tickets to the Mystery House. We enjoyed the room, pool, jacuzzi, and close vicinity to restaurants as well as the freeway. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Small TV. Was expecting at least a flat screen for the 4 star rating.

Location was convenient, parking was easy and free! Nice to have refrigerator and honor bar.
Room, particularly bathroom, was starting to show wear and tear (scuffed paint, messy caulking around tub, missing button on decorative headboard)

This hotel is conveniently located near highways 280 & 17/880. It is just a short drive away from Santana Row. It features nearby restaurants, gas stations and shopping. Although, it feels a little lost amongst the neighborhood and unassuming. Decor and ammenities, including workout out room, are nice.

Contemporary decor! Great furniture! Incredible staff.
Limited dinner restaurant menu. visited the Tony romas next door and it was not good.

I would definatley visit again! The staff was very charming and helpful. The design and decor was very modern and a nice change from other hotels.
