The location in relation to Charleston was great!
The restaurant was almost non existent.

Comfortable, well appointed rooms and beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to downtown Charlestown or the beach. The only downside was the restaurant, or lack of one; breakfast was the only meal available in the form of a marginal buffet.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Shower water never got very hot.

Nicely decorated. Rooms are comfortably sized. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, always smiling with a hello. Restaurant was reasonably priced with good food. Grounds were very pretty and well maintained.

No jacuzzi, no heated pool and inconvenient hotel layout including ice machines and stairwell locations.

It was okay; the location near downtown Charleston was excellent.

Friendly front desk staff.
Bad cleaning crew.

Hotel was nice and in a great location, I would say quality was average. The cleaners just came in and made the bed, didn't empty trash, replace shampoo, soap or coffee. I got a great deal on Priceline.com.

Great location. Nice size rooms.
The hotel room had a horrible smell of smoke and there was no way to vent out the smell.

Great location but the room smelled of smoke and could not even open windows to let smell out. Our clothes/car reeked for days.
