Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Shower water never got very hot.

Nicely decorated. Rooms are comfortably sized. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, always smiling with a hello. Restaurant was reasonably priced with good food. Grounds were very pretty and well maintained.

All the staff were incredibly friendly.
A minor mechanical problem with the air conditioner left a small corner of the carpet wet.

The hotel was in excellent condition, and all the staff went above and beyond the call of duty in their professionalism and courtesy.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
The property was unexpectedly under renovation.

For my travel purposes, the property was perfectly located close to the airport, downtown, local restaurants as per RoadFood, and several alternate routes to Savannah, Georgia.
