I enjoyed the lofted room and the front desk staff was helpful and comical.
The room was too cold on arrival but it was the summer. The air condition worked well.
I think this hotel is a cheaper option in downtown Baltimore that is close to the inner harbor. My stay was only a night so it served its purpose. I think it would be a good option for long term stay. The hallways were a bit noisy but all-in-all good service and free breakfast buffet style with some moderately good options. I would recommend this hotel if you want to save some money to spend the inner harbor. read more

The management staff were very responsive and helpful.
The room was not cleaned each day and towels not replenished.
The hotel is small and quaint and has a welcoming atmosphere. The food served in the cafeteria was very good. However, the cleaning staff is severely understaffed. Clean sheets and towels were not a daily event and I wouldn't put my clothes on the ironing board cover.

Friendly and polite staff, attentive and helpful.
Near the edge of a rougher neighborhood.
The staff were all kind and courteous, the facilities were clean, nicely furnished and up to date, and worked well with the smallish rooms.

They made every effort to accomodate our needs and the continental breakfast was excellent.
No trash can in the room and tv remote was missing but promptly replaces.
It was well situated for the attractions we we're interested in check in and check out was easy and speedy.

The elevators did not work, the tv remote in my room did not work, it looked like an SRO.
The location was good and the room was clean but the overall experience was sub par.

The location of the hotel.
The bathroom was nasty, the tub did not work, and it was just a mess!
I was not pleased with this hotel! I expected a nice size room with amenities and appearance like any other hotel; vending machines, working tub, clean toilet, and so on. Needless to say, but I would not stay in the hotel again when I visit the Baltimore area.

Great location, accommodations were consistent with price.
Air conditioning was broken, got a little warm, also no closet in the room.
Would certainly recommend for business travel. Very easy to get to from train station. Reasonably close to attractions, also several really nice restaurants in the area.

I can't.
Broken elevator, broken air conditioning, no parking, would not recommend.
Twenty minutes and $10 after finding a place to park, wanted to go up to the room and relax, when we discovered the elevators didn't work. After the refreshing romp up the stairs, we got to our room only to discover that there was NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!! Will never, never, never stay here again, nor will I recommend to anyone. Furthermore, if this was the only hotel in Baltimore with vacancies, I would gladly turn around and go home read more

Cheap compared to others.
The red unexplainable stain on the carpet next to the beds.
Ok hotel if you can handle the type of neighborhood it is in. Not the greatest I have been in.
