The hotel looks like it has been recently renovated and has been decorated in a very attractive and contemporary decor.
Our room had no hot water in the morning.

This hotel is attractive and comfortable, except for not having any hot water in the morning. I would only recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and are willing to sacrifice location and charm. This hotel is very much business-traveler oriented. The room rate was the only thing cheap about this hotel. Breakfast and WiFi here is very expensive. It is about an 8 minute walk to the metro and a convenient Lufthansa airport shuttle (10 Euros per person). Parking is available but I would imagine it is pretty expensive as well. Overall, a good room for the price however the atmosphere felt more like staying in Chicago or NYC. read more

Very modern hotel and a friendly staff.

The hotel is very modern and the staff were really pleasant to us. Restaurants in the hotel are on the expensive side but you expect that in a hotel. The directions to the hotel are a little unclear, it missed one direction and we had a grand tour of Munich at 7pm with our 1yr old in the back seat! Rooms were clean and quiet. Parking is a little expensive at 22 Euros for a 24 hr period. We only paid that one night then parked on the street the rest of the nights (just had to drive around a bit to find parking on the street but it beat paying the 22 euros!). Great time! read more

Attractive rooms.
Noisy rooms - could hear people in hallways.

Clean, easy to get to, residential area. Fine for business. Rooms were on the smaller side, not many amenities, dim lighting in the bathroom. Noisy halls! Doors do not fit all the way to the floor so you can hear people walking by.

The staff where great, they even upgraded our room for us.
They will put a security hold on your credit card for damages.

The hotel was great. The staff made you feel at home. This is one hotel I would recommend to everyone.

Fabulous was up to par.
Nothing. All was great.

This is the best hotel I ever stayed at in my life,I will love to go back and stay again if at all possible and i recommend this to everyone. I had such a great time and sleep I order the blanket, pillows and all just so I could get a good night sleep in my own home.
