The staff where great, they even upgraded our room for us.
They will put a security hold on your credit card for damages.

The hotel was great. The staff made you feel at home. This is one hotel I would recommend to everyone.

Very clean, good location, out of the core but near subway and groceries.
Very much a business travelers hotel, not good for kids.

Nice hotel overall, but things like parking and internet access (20 Euro a day for internet) were too expensive considering the location.

The parking was great and safe.

I thought the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was close to the park but far from the center of the city.

Provided requested connecting rooms. Has standard American food in hotel bar.
Breakfast buffet is too expensive.

Classic Marriott set up with all the pluses and minuses. Very reliable and comfortable setup including American bar food including chicken wings and onion rings. Does lack a bit of the European style elements. All in all, definitely would stay there again.

Lots of light, comfortable, friendly staff, coffee on morning of departure.
Strange flower arrangement looking like it needed to be fixed in lobby on morning of departure, no place to put used coffee mugs.

Refreshing, roomy, well appointed place to stay -very American (in a good way) after having stayed in smaller European-style hotel rooms.

Staff was very helpful and courteous.
Noticed some looks with children in the lobby and hotel.

Nice hotel, location was a little out of the way of the city and sights, but very accessible by train.
