The Naoum Plaza Hotel features many facilities including the lobby bar with live music, a Japanese resturant, an international restaurant, sauna, tea house, outdoor pool and an event hall. The hotel offers 189 apartments and suites, and all of the guest rooms are comfortable and nicely equipped to give a feeling of being home while away from home. The Naoum Plaza is a superior deluxe hotel which features 2 restaurants, bar, cocktail lounge, and an indoor heated pool. The rooms have minibars, color TV, radio and direct-dial telephone. Staff spoke English and tried to be helpful. Japanese restaurant outstanding.
Internet connectivity was poor. The "free" service option was not usable. Higher speeds required additional cost per minute.

Overall, a nice hotel with an outstanding Japanese restaurant. Staff was courteous and professional. More suitable for business travelers and professionals than for family on vacation. Surprisingly, however, the Internet service was at best adequate have experience far better Internet service at lower rated hotels.
