Safe, clean, and conveniently located.
Somewhat mediocre room cleaning/ hotel dining.

While not in any way a luxury hotel (despite adding the word resort to their name), the Nassau Palm met (and occasionally exceeds) expectations. It was clean and comfortable, well located, and worked well as either simply a base of operations for ones' vacation, or even a good place to hang out and relax. I would recommend this hotel
good indeed for the price.

It's located in the downtown area.
Eventhough the room was serviced, the carpeting was filthy and the room smelled moldy-so did the hotel!

I was not told about the maid and energy fees until I reached the hotel ($11 per day). I was also burned out of $10 by a time share sales person.

It is close to the shopping areas.
Dirty carpet and the charge of eleven dollars.

The hotel in a nice area, but they need to do some work in and around the hotel to make it looks more attracting. They need to change the carpet. It was very dirty. They need to stop over charging people.

The sheets were clean and the TV worked, there was hot water. The staff was very pleasant.
It's very old, not very clean, needs a lot of work. Rusty bathtub filthy room carpet etc.

No restaurant and no room service. I felt absolutely unsafe in the area and would never stay there again. Hotel is also noisy so it's hard to get to sleep.

Only a 5 min walk from Downtown Nassau.
Amenities were less than adequate.

Nassau Palm Hotel was clean, but much of the amenities leave something to be desired. Not a single functioning soda machine, phone cards purchased in hotel could only be used at pay phones across the street, and the gym was more like a closet with two broken treadmills.
