The hotel pick-up was fast and convenient.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was helpful. The big NS bus station was within a convenient 10 minutes walking distance.

Spacious and clean room.
Reception staff was rude and unfriendly. Difficult to commute to Amsterdam city.

The hotel was quite clean and had spacious rooms. It had the looks of an upscale hotel, but the staff was quite unfriendly and rude. They took additional city taxes, charged 50 euro per day for usage of hotel facilities (which we didn't).
