Description of Hotel De Lantaerne
We welcome you to our, since December 2006, newly renovated hotel!We have cleaned up the rooms and replaced the reception. Off course Hotel de Lantaerne has kept its super location where most of the rooms have a canal view. All the rooms have private facilities and television.The nightlife of the Leidseplein is within walking distance and the Rijksmuseum and the Van Goghmuseum are only a few minutes away. Please note, credit card payments will be charged with an extra 5 %. read more

Location wasn't horrible
Bathroom was totally MOLDY! It stunk and was filthy!

It was totally filthy, a moldy smelly bathroom, filthy bed and floor. We were charged for 3 nights and only stayed 2. Would have left if we wouldn't have been charged an arm and a leg for leaving. This was an awful ending to the trip we had.
