Huge suite.
Thank goodness I had a car!
This hotel is located in a spot so difficult to find, a map wouldn't help. Also bring your GPS to actually locate your room once you get there. But the rooms are excellent and huge! Also free full breakfast. No pool. The fitness room has only three machines and no weights. I was first told the free shuttle to downtown this is 2.4 miles away leaves every 30 minutes. But when I wanted to take it, I was told that the next three are filled-up, but I could put in a reservation for 1 hour and 40 minutes later. It's a good thing I brought my car, otherwise I would have missed the meeting. Also, my laptop only works by wireless, but - while there was free wired Internet in the room - the only wireless was in the lobby. read more

Cheap, good quality accommodation, and free breakfast!
Far from downtown new Haven.
Cheap, good quality accommodation, and free breakfast! Far from downtown new Haven, but the shuttle runs during daylight hours and is very user-friendly. Last at night, you will need to take a cab back ($10-$12).

Full kitchen.
Ants crawling on the bathroom walls and sink.
Hotel was nice in and of itself. However, it was in the middle of a hospital parking lot. I was very disappointed that there were ants crawling on the bathroom sink and walls. I was too tired once I got there to go back to the front desk to let them know.

Great beds, rooms were in excellent condition and spacious, full kitchen (which I did not expect but was great).
Outside entrance to rooms.
Overall - great hotel. I would stay there again. Stay included a continental breakfast which was nice.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean.
Everything was great.
We enjoyed our stay. Our daughter just started Quinnipiac University. We have already recommended this hotel and will definitely stay there again! Very happy!

Loved the location, close to everything, off of 95 & 91, clean, comfortable, loved fridge & breakfast included.
Didn't spend a lot of time there, sport camp and looking at colleges, nothing negative.
The hotel was perfect for us. Two children attending a sports camp and the other child visiting local colleges. We needed space for 5, a kitchen and room for hockey equipment. Premiere had it all with a breakfast every morning. Kitchen allowed us to store lunch items for the sport camp kids and plenty of water & ice. No problems sleeping and staff was very helpful.

Rooms were much better than their star rating.
Location and lack of parking spaces.
The rooms were large and very clean. The location was near a highway but the rooms were not noisy. There was a shortage of parking near the room but it was free. Restaurant - free breakfast - was adequate at best. Overall, the cleanliness and size of room make the experience enjoyable.

The price includes a full breakfast buffet and evening light snack.
The laundry facilities were okay. One dryer did not work.
This hotel has been recently redone. It is lovely. Our room was very large and provided a wonderful home away from home. We were only there one night. Had we have been on business and needed to stay a month, the hotel would have been perfect.

2 levels, 2 bathrooms, fireplace, 3 cable TV, great privacy traveling with teenage son.
Very close to residential housing, unattractive.
I was extremely pleased with this hotel. I was looking at a 2.5 star and it exceeded my expectations. It was set up similar to a condo suite 1 bedroom with king bed & bathroom with an additional loft with queen bed and private bath. Fireplace, flat screen TV in the LR.
