Remodeling.
This hotel lobby and restaurant were under renovation. They had a makeshift lobby and no restaurant. It was all sealed off with plastic during this renovation which you had to walk by each time you entered or left the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean and the location for New York was central and very convenient. If the remodeling was all done, I think this would have been a great hotel for the price and area. read more

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was big.
They had construction going on so it didn't look nice as soon as you walked in.
The hotel was very nice, the rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. When they're busy they will not let you check in till 4 PM though, so we had to leave our bags there and come back later.

Very clean, nice staff, and good location.
Construction and although good location a little far from Times Square than I thought.
Although they are undergoing some remodeling which made the lobby and entrance a little drab, they tried to cover as much as they could with curtains and the construction did not interfere at all with the stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The halls and common areas could use some updating as well but in all an enjoyable stay.

Great location and very friendly staff.
No bar on site because of construction in lobby.
We had a great stay here and would not hesitate to use priceline in the future. hotel was nice, the staff were quite friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. location was great, walking distance to central park, Times Square.
