The large rooms, comfortable beds, great atmosphere, and the views were fantastic!

The customer service was very prompt and the bellman and the concierge's desk were all helpful and friendly to southerners. The View restaurant is great at night, but don't try to share from the desert bar. The desert police will get you! Overall loved the experience would stay here again any time I go to NY.

The location in Times Square provided great access to the sights we wanted to see.
Everything was great

The hotel is located in the center of Times Square which was a great experience. Access to transportation and eating spots was excellent.

The hotel was exactly what we wanted. Great location, extremely friendly staff, clean, and excellent service.

Double beds in room and comforter was too small.

This hotel was excellent and everyone was very friendly. The buffet didn't look too appealing at the revolving restaurant. Good place to go and have an expensive drink.

They charged $17 a day for internet access.

Great facilities. Rooms spacious & well furnished. Quiet, great fitness facility. Only downside was the $17 a day internet access charge.
